Our first step is to learn about your event, timing, budget, needs—and ensure we are a good mutual fit.
02. IMAGINE
Based on your unique goals for the event, we begin to sketch what’s possible.
Be ready to answer question such as, Why are you gathering and what do you want to accomplish? What will a wildly successful, memorable event look like?
With that starting point, we provide you with recommendations and options for the event.
We develop a creative brief for events big and small, and once this is approved, we can then begin the planning.
03. CREATE
This is the logistics and planning phase.
Our team builds a plan and engages vendors as needed.
Throughout the process, we check in periodically to ensure we’re coordinating as the event day draws near.
04. HOST
The day of your event, our team aims to manage the minute-to-minute aspects of the day so you can enjoy it along with the other guests.
Services
Full-Service Event Production
For social and private events, full-service event production ensures that your vision is carried out and you are able to enjoy your own event.
Work with our creative team to build your unique design story. You’ll receive full support through the planning process from creative brief to clean up.
Pricing is based on the event budget and complexity.
Party Coaching
Ideal for corporate clients and non-profit organizations planning large group, community, employee, or all-day events.
This service brings us into your organization as an extension of your team for the months surrounding your event date.
Offerings include development of a cohesive event plan, creative event design, management of event communications to all stakeholder groups, and pre- and post-event briefings to your board/leadership/volunteers, etc.
Pricing is based on the event budget and complexity.
Project Management
This hourly offering is ideal for someone who is hosting an event such as an at-home party and in need of support.
Work with Sonia to build a cohesive plan (including menu, timeline, and layout), or seek guidance on specific
challenges, e.g., to select vendors, etc. (Meet in person or via Zoom.)
Pricing is hourly.
